1. Our Commitment to Quality and Client Satisfaction
At D’Lux Closet, we take pride in transforming spaces through high-quality closet design, organization, and restructuring services. Every project is carefully crafted to meet the client’s specific needs, style, and space requirements.
We are committed to professionalism, precision, and collaboration. Our goal is to ensure that each client is fully satisfied with the final result through open communication and attention to detail throughout every phase of the project.
2. Design Approval and Finalization
Prior to fabrication or installation, all clients are required to review and approve detailed design drawings, materials, finishes, and pricing. Once a design has been approved in writing—whether by signature, email confirmation, or digital authorization—the order enters production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
All products and materials used by D’Lux Closet are custom-built or ordered specifically for each client’s project, making all sales final once approval has been given.
3. No Refunds or Retroactive Adjustments
Because each closet and storage system is designed to unique specifications, D’Lux Closet does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments under any circumstances once a contract has been executed or work has begun.
We do not offer refunds or revisions due to client dissatisfaction with design choices, finishes, or configurations that were previously approved during the design phase.
All approved and completed projects are considered final and non-refundable.
4. Satisfaction Through Collaboration
While D’Lux Closet maintains a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction through collaborative service and transparent communication.
During the consultation, design, and installation process, our team will:
- Maintain consistent communication with the client,
- Conduct progress reviews when appropriate, and
- Address concerns or preferences that arise within the original scope of work.
If adjustments or modifications are requested after completion that go beyond the approved design, these will be treated as additional services and quoted separately.
Our promise is simple: We will continue to work with you until you are satisfied with your D’Lux Closet solution within the boundaries of your signed agreement and approved design.
5. Workmanship and Material Quality
D’Lux Closet guarantees professional workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. All installation and organizing services are performed to industry standards.
We offer a limited workmanship warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers only defects in materials or installation, not design preferences or aesthetic dissatisfaction.
In the event of a covered issue, D’Lux Closet will repair, adjust, or replace affected components at our discretion.
6. Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best results, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, measurements, and preferences during consultation,
- Reviewing and approving all plans and materials prior to production,
- Being available during installation or assigning an authorized representative, and
- Communicating any concerns promptly during the design and installation process.
This cooperative approach allows our team to deliver results that meet expectations and ensure smooth project completion.
7. Final Acceptance
After installation, D’Lux Closet will conduct a final review or walkthrough with the client.
Client sign-off at this stage confirms acceptance of the project as complete and satisfactory per the approved design and contract terms.
All work approved during final review is deemed final and non-refundable.
